City official announcements and financial assistance

The official announcements concerning your residential area can be viewed at the nearest Citizen's Office. They are displayed for a set time. The announcements include the application times and instructions of financial assistance, and changes in the zoning regulations, land allocations and street plans in your residential area.

We can provide the forms to apply for assistance and regional money paid from the City funds. Assistance applications and assistance usage receipts can be left at the Citizen's Office to be forwarded. You can enquire about the financial assistance from the person who handles the assistance, and about applying for the regional money from your area’s regional coordinator.

Zoning defines how and for what purpose the land areas are used in the City. Complaints and objections regarding zoning and land use can be left at the Citizen's Office for forwarding. All information regarding zoning is available at the client services of zoning and town planning.
