An extra hour of exercise into a school day in Vantaa

Is there anything better than a healthy and happy child? Physical activity has been proven to add more school satisfaction and create better learning outcomes. The Ministry of Education and Culture recommends children to exercise minimum of 1-2 hours per day, which is currently reached by only every 5th child.
