When you call the health center

Please account for the following, when you are calling health centers' team numbers. In urgent cases, please contact your health center preferably early in the morning.

Avoid having to queue - use the call-back service

  • You can avoid having to queue by leaving a call-back request when you hear the recorded message about the call-back service.
  • You can leave a call-back request Mon-Fri, 8:00-12:00.
  • We will call you back the same day to the number you gave us.
  • The call-back request will not place you at the end of the line; the calls are handled in the order they arrive.

Queueing

  • If you wish you can stay in the queue. Please note however that you can´t queue for longer than 60 minutes, after which the call will be disconnected.
  • If you do not leave a call-back request and hang up during queueing, you will lose your place in the queue. A new call is, thus, always placed last in the queue.

Fees

  • A local call charge or a mobile call charge will be applied to queueing.
  • The amount of the mobile call charge depends on the agreement you have made with your operator.
