If you are a current customer, you can ask for information by phone or make an appointment.

You can ask a social worker or social advisor:

  • Counseling about finding correct social support or social security

  • If you cannot reach your social worker, leave your contact information on voice mail (also your phone number), and the employee will contact you later.

Come on the spot without advance appointment

  • Vernissakatu service point (Vernissakatu 8 C, 1st floor) gives service counseling for 18-24-year-olds on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30 to 14:30 and on Fridays from 11:30 to 14:00. No advance appointment required.
  • If you need urgent help, you can come to Counseling and Support Center Kipinä (Ratatie 2, 01300 Vantaa), without advance appointment, on Tuesdays from 15:00 to 17:00; a social worker will be present at that time.

Counseling about issues related to supplementary and preventive social assistance

When you need other services such as child welfare, child's custody or maintenance, services for the elderly or services for the disabled contact the unit in question.

Current
