Social services for new customers

If you are a new customer, you can ask for help by phone or make an appointment at a social center. A social advisor will chart your situation with you and refer you further to actual social services.

When do I make contact?

  • You have lost your job and need information on financial support and social benefits
  • You need support in family and social relationships
  • You want support in issues related to housing, mental health or intoxicants
