Maisa
Vantaa will adopt a new customer and patient information system, Apotti, on Sat, May 11, 2019. With Apotti, you will also get access to Maisa, a new online customer portal. Use Maisa easily on the Internet at: www.maisa.fi or with a mobile application.
Through Maisa you can:

view your social and health information

check your examination or laboratory results

ask for advice concerning your situation or services

make, cancel and check appointments

fill in, for example, a social assistance application

answer questionnaires before coming to appointment

save measurements for your own monitoring

request renewal of prescriptions

order medical supplies and diabetic equipment
Through Maisa, you can make online appointments with our services. Note! You cannot make an online appointment with a doctor, because legislation demands that health centers first assess the need for treatment. Make a doctor’s appointment by calling health centers’ appointment service, tel. 09 839 50 000 (Mon-Fri at 8:00-16:00).
