Better services through service design
Service development aims to boost service production and to diversify the service structure in order to make the services better satisfy the residents’ needs. Service design combines users’, partners’ and service providers’ different perspectives and experiences, and utilizes them in service development.
The aims of joint planning may be improving an existing service or finding new services or channels to produce them.
Joint planning brings together employees and residents, and enables doing together.
Early Childhood Education arranges different kind of service-design events and workshops both on an area-specific and unit-specific basis.
