The primary aim of the client service model is to help and support jobseekers and to find suitable individual solutions for different career paths. No one should be left alone, wondering where to start.

The goal is for you to find the next step as quickly as possible. Employment services will help you throughout the service path.

The new client service model introduced in May 2022 applies to all unemployed jobseekers.

The client service model provides you with individual support in job search and help in finding employment. You will get your first personal appointment quickly. You will not be left to rely solely on electronic services. Your independent job search will be supported throughout the process. A personal coach will support you in finding just the right career path for you. The idea is to search for solutions together with your personal coach.

When you register as a jobseeker, the service path according to the new client service model provides individual support in job search starting from the very first days of unemployment.

If you have been a jobseeker since before May 2022, you do not need to contact employment services. Your service will remain unchanged, and your previous plans are still valid. You can continue your job search independently and wait for your personal coach to contact you and guide you in the new service model. Your personal coach will tell you more about your next appointment and updating the plan..

Clients who registered as jobseekers before May 2022 will be supported more closely than before.

What is our client service model?

The rights and responsibilities of unemployed jobseekers changed in May 2022 when the Act amending the Act on public employment and business service (‘Act on the Nordic labour market service model’) entered into force. The purpose of the new client service model is to provide help and support in job search starting from the very first days of unemployment.
