You can contact us via E-services. Using the E-services requires strong identification. You can access the E-services here (available in Finnish and Swedish).

In the E-services, you can:

• send a message to your personal coach, 
• notify employment services of the beginning and end of your unemployment,
• notify employment services of changes in your situation,
• review and update your employment plan, 
• notify employment services that you have fulfilled your job search obligation,
• review other agreed matters and tasks,
• respond to requests for clarification and follow the progress of requests for clarification and statements,
• update your contact information.

If you are a client of the local government pilot in Vantaa and Kerava, and want to contact us, we primarily recommend the E-services. If you want, you can also send us an email.
