Acting on behalf of another person (proxy) means transacting on behalf of another person in issues related to the person in question. You are entitled to act as a proxy in social and health services, if you have a power of attorney given by a sovereign person, supervision of interests ordered to take care of the personal matters of another person, confirmed guardianship authority, or guardianship of a minor child.
