We will no longer call everybody that received a positive test result. You have received primary instructions by text message. Follow the instructions and contact us, when required, according to the instructions in the message.
If a reliable source (e.g., the diseased person themselves, your employer, school principal / daycare center director, etc.) has informed you about your exposure, you are recommended to voluntarily avoid contacts. If you should be placed in official quarantine, you will be contacted by infection tracing by text message or over the phone.
Those that have received a positive test result will no longer be placed in isolation (see earlier question). People living in the same household are recommended to voluntarily avoid contacts, to the extent possible, for five (5) days from the beginning of the infected person’s symptoms, or from the time of sampling, if the person with the positive test result has no symptoms.
You will get the EU’s joint coronavirus vaccination certificates from My Kanta. You will also find answers to frequently asked questions about the COVID-19 certificates on MyKanta. If you cannot use My Kanta, contact your own health center.
You can only get a certificate of having been sick with coronavirus disease for a laboratory-confirmed disease. Primarily print the certificate from MyKanta.
If you cannot use My Kanta, ask for the certificate from your own health center. Remember to ask for the certificate well in advance of your travel. Remember to clarify and account for the target country’s requirements already when planning the journey.
