School transport application times for the 2023–2024 school year
Apply for school transportation through Wilma. School transport is generally carried out by public transport. Taxi services are only organized in exceptional cases.

Apply for school transportation through Wilma. Unfortunately, you cannot fill in Wilma applications by a mobile app (phone app).
The school transport application for the 2023–2024 school year should be returned as follow:
- students who begin grades 7-9 before March 31, 2023
- students who begin grades 1-6 before April 28, 2023
- students who need special support before May 31, 2023 (or as soon as you know which school the student will start in the fall)
A new school transfer application must be completed if the student's school or home address changes or if the school transfer decision is not valid for the 2023-2024 school year.
A new transportation application need not be completed if the student has been granted school transportation for several academic years and the information has not changed. If the decision is valid, the school travel card can be downloaded at Vantaa info in the summer. A student ID card must be included.
