Wilma out of use during winter break – take these steps beforehand

During winter break, some technical improvements will be carried out in the Vantaa Wilma: The system is transferred to a new server which means a change of login address.

Please keep in mind before winter break:

  • Wilma is out of use during winter break, between February 17-23. It is a good idea to save a copy of your schedule before that period, just in case you cannot login to Wilma on Monday, February 24.
  • From Monday, February 24 onwards the Wilma login address will be vantaa.inschool.fi.
  • If using the Wilma mobile app, you need to erase your old account from the app and login again after February 20 (see closer instructions below). Please make sure you save a copy of the instructions before winter break, because during that week Wilma will not be available.

The system update will see Wilma more user friendly than before, with improved technical development and fewer maintenance breaks. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the transfer!

Step-by-step instructions for the Wilma app February 20 onwards

As there will be a change in the Wilma login address, all mobile users need to erase their old account from the app and login again. This can be done from February 20 onwards.

Erasing your old account and installing a new one

  1. Open your Wilma app and choose Roles from the menu in the upper corner.
  2. Press your user name, then edit and “Delete”.
  3. Press + and then “Select Wilma”
  4. Find vantaa.inschool.fi.
  5. Login with your username and password.
  6. If you have forgotten your password, go to vantaa.inschool.fi and change your password via “Forgot your password?”.

NB! Different operating systems may cause differences in the use of the app.
