You can announce a vacancy at Job Market Finland. You can also search for employees by browsing the job seeker profiles.

Here’s what you should do

Log in to Job Market Finland’s E-services Publish a new job advertisement or search for job seekers by selecting “Find the right employee”.

Candidate presentations to find the right talent

You can save a presentation position in Job Market Finland as a hidden job. We will look for talent that suits your needs without a public job advertisement.

Post the position on Job Market or by contacting Vantaa Employment Services. We will get in touch with you. We will look for suitable candidates. We will present the candidates to you. You can choose the most suitable candidates. Let us know if the introduction resulted in an employment contract. Finally, provide feedback on the process.

We organize recruitment events in cooperation with educational institutions and our other cooperation networks. At the events, you can present your company’s operations and current job opportunities, while meeting potential employees at the same time.

We tailor the events as needed and invite suitable job seekers. Contact us, we will plan just the right event for you.

At Job Market Finland, you can announce an open work try-out or wage subsidy position.
