Apprenticeship training

It is available to anyone over the age of 15, as long as they have a job or work as an entrepreneur. An employment relationship can be an existing relationship or it can be initiated through recruitment.
training personnel for new and changing duties
the employee lacks vocational training
the employer wishes to refresh the staff’s professional competence
recruiting new employees
an entrepreneur wants to train and develop their own competence in their company
The same degrees can be learned through apprenticeship training as through institutional education.
A fixed term employment and training relationship (with a four-month trial period) that ends when the agreed apprenticeship term has ended
The wages, working hours, holidays and occupational safety matters all adhere to the collective agreement
The job duties must be varied and well suited to the degree studies.
The quantity of information-oriented training depends on the goals of the training as well as the student’s individual study plan.
Includes both on-the-job learning (about 80%) and information-oriented teaching organised by the educational institute (about 20%)
An individualised study plan will be compiled for a student, which also takes into consideration the student’s previous studies and work experience. This plan will always be customised to the company’s needs, and it will be updated and specified over the course of the entire training.
