Event accessibility details
A wheelchair can be borrowed by providing personal identification to make visiting the shopping center easier. Wheelchairs are available at the information desk on the 1st floor and from our security staff located on the market level (0 floor) between K-Citymarket and Prisma.
Accessible restrooms are available in Jumbo next to each WC facility. Moving between floors is smooth with our numerous elevators.
On level P3 of Jumbo’s parking garage, near the main entrance, there is a taxi stand that can accommodate accessible taxis up to 2.8 meters in height.
Accessible parking spaces can be found on levels 1 and 0 of the parking garage.
Near the main entrance of the entertainment quarter, on both sides of the outdoor stairs, you’ll find an accessible route leading into the shopping center, connected to Jumbo’s Bike Lounge.
