Megarekry Vantaa
Megarekry is an annual recruitment event that is free of charge for both employers and job seekers. The 2026 event will take place on October 29 from 10:00 to 15:00 at the Myyrmanni Shopping Center.
The highly popular Megarekry recruitment event will once again be held in fall 2026!
Megarekry is the biggest recruitment event in Vantaa that offers a place for employers, educational institutions, and job seekers to meet one another. Dozens of employers from myriad different industries participate in the event, which attracts thousands of visitors with different backgrounds and language groups every year.
For job seekers, Megarekry provides up-to-date and concrete information on labor-force and competence needs, as well as an opportunity to directly discuss their employment opportunities with employers. Meanwhile, Megarekry provides employers with an effective opportunity to meet a diverse pool of experts in one place.

The focuses of this year's event are recruitment and open job opportunities, which is why we wish that the exhibitors can offer jobs, internship or training positions, or other concrete pathways to employment.
Accessibility at Myyrmanni
Shopping Centre Myyrmanni is accessible, and the event takes place on floors 1–3. Accessible entrances to the shopping centre are available via all main entrances on the Paalutori and Iskostori sides, as well as the entrance on the railway side. Elevators, located throughout the shopping centre, provide access between the floors.
Accessible restrooms are located:
- On the 2nd floor, at the Paalutori end.
- On the 3rd floor, near Terveystalo and Café Nuvo. The code required to access this restroom can be obtained from Café Nuvo.
Wheelchairs are available to borrow within the shopping centre to assist with your visit; you will need to provide your personal details to do so. Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the K-Citymarket on the 1st floor.
In the Myyrmanni parking garage, accessible parking spaces are located on floors 0 and -1. Accessible taxis (taxis equipped for passengers with disabilities) are directed to the main entrance on the Paalutori side.
The shopping centre’s information point, located next to the R-kioski, can provide assistance with any questions regarding accessibility or navigating the shopping centre. Assistance dogs are welcome in the shopping centre.
Important notes for the day of the event
The event takes place on floors 1–3. across the floors, and a high number of visitors is expected at the shopping center on the day of the event. This may result in more commotion, noise, and crowding than usual—particularly in the event area, as well as near elevators and along walkways.
Accessible routes, the areas in front of elevators, entrances and exits, and emergency escape routes will be kept clear of event structures and furnishings throughout the entire event.
Event staff stationed at information points and on various floors are available to assist with locating accessible routes, elevators, restrooms, accessible parking, and other accessibility-related services.
The event is prepared to assist customers in several different languages. The primary languages for event signage are Finnish, Swedish, and English; additionally, multilingual staff members are on-site to provide guidance in other languages as well.
