The parking supervision customer service points are located at the Vantaa Info centres in Tikkurila and Myyrmäki. At a Vantaa Info centre, you can pay parking control fees, such as vehicle removal fees and parking tickets. Tel. 09 8392 4191 (Mon–Fri 10:00–14:00).
We can assist you in the search for early childhood education and basic education services. For example, we can help you enrol your children at school and to sign them up for afternoon and club activities. You can also pick up your child’s student travel card at a Vantaa Info centre. Versatile city services and facilities for rent
Vantaa Info offers you a variety of goods and seasonal products, including fishing and crayfishing licenses and golf tickets, listed on the Vantaa Info price list. At Vantaa Info centres, you can pay invoices sent by the City of Vantaa and send post to the City of Vantaa.
Various events, briefings and exhibitions are organised at Vantaa Info centres. The facilities of the Vantaa Info centres in Myyrmäki and Tikkurila can be booked for evening and weekend use via the Timmi reservation system. In addition to the public facilities, you can reserve an exhibition wall for your use at the Vantaa Info centres in Myyrmäki and Tikkurila. Digital support and in-person assistance
Get digital support at Vantaa Info centres. Vantaa Info centres offer digital support in the use of the electronic services of the City of Vantaa. You will be directed to the electronic services of the City of Vantaa’s partners, such as HSL and Kela.
Digital support does not concern the content of electronic services. If you have any questions about the content of electronic services, you can contact the relevant expert. We will find their contact details and the best communication channel for you, if necessary. Our guidance services follow the ethical guidelines for digital support.
Digital support is provided at the Vantaa Info centres in Myyrmäki and Tikkurila as well as by telephone and email.
The Vantaa Info centres in Tikkurila and Myyrmäki have computers, a printer and a scanner which you can use to take care of official matters. You can request copies of documents from the staff.
Prints and copies cost EUR 0.40 per sheet. The print limit is 20 sheets. Prints and copies related to official matters (e.g. Kela, police, state and city forms) are free of charge.
The Cloud Agents (Pilviagentit) of the City of Vantaa and coordinators of the senior information services, information services for the disabled and the Neuvova Vantaa project’s multilingual information centre visit Vantaa Info centres regularly to give guidance on various topics. You can attend these guidance sessions without an appointment and free of charge.
The Cloud Agents of the City of Vantaa will guide you through the use of digital devices and electronic services at the Vantaa Info centres in Myyrmäki and Tikkurila.
An expert from the customer guidance unit for people with disabilities advises on disability services, provides service support and gives tips on how to use electronic services.
A senior information services expert provides information and guidance on open activities for seniors as well as services for seniors and their near relatives.
The coordinators of the multilingual information centre for immigrants provide personal guidance on the services of the City of Vantaa and other authorities in several languages at the Vantaa Info centres in Myyrmäki and Tikkurila.

Vantaa Info cooperates with the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, HSL, Kela, TE services, NetTicket, the Police’s permit services and the Finnish Tax Administration. You can print out and post official forms at Vantaa Info centres. You can also pick up your HSL travel card and tickets for NetTicket events at Vantaa Info centres. Vantaa Info centres carry the official forms of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency and will direct you to the services of the Agency, if necessary. Completed forms and other post are sent to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. Official certificates and other extracts ordered from the systems of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency must be acquired directly from the agency.
At a Vantaa Info centre, you can acquire an HSL travel card, load the card, and update your discount ticket rights and personal details. We can help you in case of problems, for example, if your travel card is lost or it does not work.
The most common payment cards, cash and HSL’s commuter vouchers and gift cards are accepted as payment instruments. You cannot load your HSL travel card using Eazybreak or ePassi at Vantaa Info.
We provide information on the commencement and processing of Kela affairs. Completed forms and other post are sent to Kela. You can use our customer terminals for e-government. Make sure you have your electronic banking passwords with you.
At Vantaa Info, you can get and complete the forms you need and access electronic employment services (TE services) on the public computers. Completed forms and other post are sent to the TE services.
At Vantaa Info, you can purchase and collect tickets for NetTicket events.
We offer advice on the Police’s permit services. You can use our customer terminals to access electronic services. Vantaa Info does not process lost property. The Police is responsible for receiving and storing lost property.
Vantaa Info carries Tax Administration (Vero) forms. You can use our customer terminals for e-government. Make sure you have your electronic banking passwords with you.
