A Unique Community is being built on the Tikkurila Competence Campus
The Competence Campus aims to create an environment of collaboration and encounters where learning, working life, entrepreneurship, people, and ideas come together. A unique, cross-sectoral network of partners is already being formed around the campus.
A Strong Network for Growth and Development
We believe that new ideas, investments, and growth are born through human interaction.
In developing the campus, we are investing not only in physical spaces but also in the community: meaningful encounters, networks, and a culture of collaboration that supports multidisciplinary cooperation.
The Competence Campus makes it easy for actors to find contacts, partners, and services. In the future, the campus network will connect domestic and international companies, investors, the public sector, and a wide range of education providers across different levels. Events will support networking and co-development. Shared spaces designed for joint use will further strengthen the sense of community.
The goal is for the entire campus area—with its diverse functions—to serve as a future-oriented environment for growth, learning, and collaboration.
