Youth services
Youth services support the growth, status and living conditions of young people and promote their opportunities to be active. Youth work is carried out based on the needs and wishes of young people. We offer opportunities to be active, have hobbies and participate in safe recreational activities. We also offer support in various aspects of young people's lives. We encounter young people in different environments, such as youth centres, schools, public spaces and online.
Youth centres
Vantaa has 14 youth centres where you can spend time and engage in a variety of activities. At a youth centre, you can play games, do crafts, exercise and play sports, cook, participate in hobby groups and workshops, or just hang out. Youth centres also offer cultural activities from music and dance

Outreach youth work
Outreach youth work services provide assistance and guidance to young people aged 15-28 years who do not have a job or place of study.
Youth workshops
The youth workshops organised by the City of Vantaa are intended for young people aged 18-28 who do not have a job or study place.
Recreational activities and hobbies for young adults
Vantaa’s services for young adults offer young adults free recreational and leisure activities in cooperation with different service providers. The free and intoxicant-free activities are aimed at local young adults aged 18–29 and they are open to all.
Personal coaching
Personal coaching is meant for 18 - 29-year-old Vantaa residents without a job or a study place.
