Plots for single-family homes

The city sells and leases plots for private individuals for the construction of single-family homes. The recipients of the plots are selected through tenders. Usually, there are also plots available that can be reserved immediately.

All non-EU and non-EEA buyers must apply for a permission from the Ministry of Defence in order to buy land. The buyer must apply for a permission and present the decision to the City of Vantaa before the real estate transaction takes place. For more information on how to apply for a permission to buy land, please visit the website of the National Land Survey of Finland.
