Transition security services and support for cases of termination and layoff

As an employer, you will receive confidential counseling and support for cases of changes in employment, as well as cases of termination. The statutory transition security brings about obligations to the terminating employer and rights to the employee being terminated.

Our services in cases of employee transitions are statutory if the organization in question is included in the Co-operation Act and is beginning transition negotiations leading to changes in the personnel.

Our services for employers

Transition security services provide you with counseling about cases where your organization has to lay off or terminate employees, or when the employment conditions of your personnel are changed to an essential extent.

The employer is obliged to inform the employment office about terminations if the terminations apply to at least ten (10) employees. In addition, the employer is obliged to inform about extended transition security for over-55-year-old employees to be terminated.
