Residential activity facilities

Citizens' houses are communal meeting places open to everybody.

Introduction

Citizens' houses are communal meeting places open to everybody. At a low threshold, you can hang out, engage in a hobby, and participate in events.

Citizens' houses and their functions are meant for the residents and communities of the areas. Residents and associations are welcome to create ideas and carry out joint resident activities with the city's community work employees. Operating rules and the safer space principles are applied to all citizens' houses.

Furthermore, citizens' houses ca
n be reserved for association or for leisure purposes, for example. Reservation of premises meant for public interest activities intended for Vantaa residents is usually free of charge.
