Elections
The Central Election Committee, aided by the City of Vantaa election commission, is responsible for arranging elections in Vantaa. Next in line in Finland is the parliamentary election, which will take place on April 2, 2023. Finland has five elections: county elections, parliamentary election, European Parliament election, municipal election at four-year intervals, as well as presidential election.

Vantaa tunes in to the upcoming election on the Vantaudu vaaleille tour and Nuorten vaaleilla (“Youth Election”)
The Vantaudu vaaleille tour raises awareness of both the parliamentary elections and topics important to the people of Vantaa. A total of 18 primary and secondary schools and two youth facilities in Vantaa signed up to be the organizers of the educational voting event Youth Elections in 2023.
