Vantaa Info, Myyrmäki

At Myyrmäki Vantaa Info, we provide the following services:

• The parking control customer service. At Myyrmäki Vantaa Info centre, you can pay parking control fees, such as vehicle removal fees and parking tickets. 
• Early childhood education customer service. We can help you enrol your children to early childhood education. If you can't fill our your application online, you can leave the paper application to us.
• Basic education customer service. We can help you enrol your children at school and to sign them up for afternoon and club activities. You can also pick up your child’s student travel card at a Vantaa Info centre.
• Urban Environment Department Customer Service. Vantaa Info provides general guidance on urban environment services. You can find up-to-date town plans at the Vantaa Info centre Myyrmäki. You can also find them online.
• Registry services. You can leave documents addressed to the City of Vantaa at Vantaa Info Myyrmäki.

From Vantaa Info Myyrmäki, you can obtain various products for sale as well as seasonal products that are listed in the Vantaa Info price list.

The computers at Vantaa info Myyrmäki can be used to to take care of brief, official matters. We also have a printer and a scanner. You can request copies of documents from the staff. 

Prints and copies cost EUR 0.40 per sheet. The print limit is 20 sheets. Prints and copies related to official matters (e.g. Kela, police, state and city forms) are free of charge. The prints are always black and white.

Various events, advice and exhibitions are held at Vantaa Info. Vantaa Info Myyrmäki facilities can be booked for evening and weekend use. In addition to the public spaces, you can rent a Vantaa Info exhibition wall for your use.

Organising events during our opening hours is free of charge. Companies can organise events during our opening hours if the events are organised in cooperation with the City of Vantaa. Contact Vantaa Info and ask more about renting our premises.

In the evening and at weekends, we rent out our facilities for events and meetings. The maximum rent is EUR 30/hour. Our facilities can be booked online via the Timmi reservation system.

The following equipment is available for event organizers:

•  seats: 30
• large touch screen and client computers
• microphones and audio playback apparatus
• kitchen

Exhibitions

In addition to the public facilities, you can reserve an exhibition wall for your use. In the exhibition space of Myyrmäki's Vantaa Info, ten A0 sized vertical plexiglass boards are reserved for posters. The length of the exhibition wall is 11 meters.

The maximum rent for the exhibition wall is EUR 35/day. The partners of the City of Vantaa can book the exhibition wall free of charge.

Pricelist

Associations registered under the Associations Act can use the facilities for up to four hours free of charge.

Vantaa Info complies with the principles of use and payment for facilities managed by the Municipal Services.
