Water must be boiled in some buildings in Petikko, Vantaa
The water boiling recommendation has been given 15.9.2023 at 21.00
Water must be boiled for at least 5 minutes before it can be drunk or used for cooking. Before cooking, drain water from the tap so the chlorinated water exits the house.
Water must be boiled in following areas:
- Petikontie 4, 6, 8, 12, 14, 17, 19, 20, 21, 27 ja 29
- Tiilenpolttajankuja
- Klinkkerikaari
- Tiilenlyöjänkuja
- Bölenraitti
- Kaakelikaari
- Tiilitie
- Pyymosantie
- Laastikuja
- Muuripolku
Water pipes have been chlorinated and HSY is waiting for the results from the samples. HSY will test water quality and inform on water use next time on Sunday 17.9.
You can get clean water from HSY's water distribution point. The locations of the water distribution points are:
- the end of Tiilenpolttajankuja
- the intersection of Tiilitie and Pyymosantie
