DigiOne is a digital service platform that brings together systems related to learning and education. DigiOne will replace the Wilma system.
When will DigiOne be taken into use?
Päiväkumpu School was the first one to start using DigiOne in stages at the end of the 2025-2026 school year. The rest of Vantaa schools will begin using DigiOne on estimate during the 2026-2027 school year.
Not all schools will transition to DigiOne at the same time, which is why Wilma will remain in use at each school until DigiOne is implemented there.
The rollout schedule for upper secondary schools will be announced later.
How do I start using DigiOne and log in the system?
Please refer to the attached instructions for detailed guidance on how to log in to DigiOne for the first time. Please note that the instructions currently only apply to Päiväkumpu school.

It integrates all information, systems, and services used by teachers, students, principals, guardians, and administration into one user-friendly system. Previously, for example, teachers needed to log into multiple systems for their work, but with DigiOne, the key tools are available through a single login. Furthermore, modern digital services make it easier for guardians to handle school-related matters online and improve communication between home and school. In addition, curricula and learning objectives are easily accessible to guardians in DigiOne.
Will DigiOne be also used elsewhere in Finland?
DigiOne will also be adopted by the cities of Lahti, Jyväskylä, Oulu, and Turku. The goal is to expand its use to other cities as well.
