Megarekry Vantaa
Megarekry is an annual recruitment event that is free of charge for both employers and job seekers. The 2026 event will take place on October 29 from 10:00 to 15:00 at the Myyrmanni Shopping Center.
The highly popular Megarekry recruitment event will once again be held in fall 2026!
Megarekry is the biggest recruitment event in Vantaa that offers a place for employers, educational institutions, and job seekers to meet one another. Dozens of employers from myriad different industries participate in the event, which attracts thousands of visitors with different backgrounds and language groups every year.
For job seekers, Megarekry provides up-to-date and concrete information on labor-force and competence needs, as well as an opportunity to directly discuss their employment opportunities with employers. Meanwhile, Megarekry provides employers with an effective opportunity to meet a diverse pool of experts in one place.
For exhibitors
The focuses of this year's event are recruitment and open job opportunities, which is why we wish that the exhibitors can offer jobs, internship or training positions, or other concrete pathways to employment.
