The City of Vantaa is organising an open ideas competition on the planning of the Katrineberg area. The competition is organised in cooperation with the Finnish Association of Architects (SAFA).

The City of Vantaa is investing in safety in the area around the Myyrmäki station. Starting in 2025, several safety-enhancing measures will be implemented in central Myyrmäki, with a focus on the station area and the surrounding streets.
