You can be referred to wellbeing mentoring for senior citizens by contacting your health center or the counseling service for senior citizens. The customer information will be delivered to the wellbeing mentoring service for senior citizens.
You can ask the wellbeing mentor for more information about the service by email or phone. Do not email any sensitive information, such as your identity number or information on diagnoses.

Process description
Wellbeing mentoring for senior citizens is available at the Tikkurila and Myyrmäki health centers. The wellbeing mentor will contact the customers referred to the service by phone according to their place in the queue.
Costs
Wellbeing mentoring is free of charge for customers.
