Let's make together a diamond employment program for Vantaa!
At the moment, Finland's economic growth is slow, and the unemployment rate is high. To change this challenging situation, Vantaa is devising an employment program that aims to act as Vantaa’s joint compass toward a more vital city.
An effective employment program will help us bolster employment, find new buoyancy for Vantaa's competence, and put a firm stop to unemployment.
– The aim of Vantaa's employment program is that everybody gets the support they need for winning a job. We will together create effective services and seek solutions that will help us put a stop to unemployment, while simultaneously boosting the city's vitality, says employment manager Marjo Nurminen.

In order to reach our goal, we want to hear Vantaa residents’, entrepreneurs’, and third-sector actors’ experiences of employment and hiring.
We invite you to join us in compiling the employment program. Tell us about your experiences and points of view and participate in influencing the contents of the employment program.
Answer the survey by December 10, 2025, and participate in the lottery of Finnkino's movie tickets
Fifteen lucky participants will win movie tickets for themselves and their friends. The lottery will take place in the course of December, and the winners will be personally informed.
