Ordering Vantaa newsletters is embedded on the site. The embedding lacks a text alternative. The service provider has been asked to fix the fault.

The website uses several Chat windows where the text splits when the font size is changed. The contrast of the header in the Chat window is too low. In addition, Vantaa’s logo lacks a text alternative. The service provider has been asked to fix the fault.

Links in the same context with the same text alternative

In some contents, two or more same contextual links have the same link text. Identical link texts arise, for example, in manually added links, in embeds (vacancies, announcements, events) or on listing pages when more than one content item is given the same title.

Identical link texts will be identified whenever an error is detected and corrective action is possible.

The site contains video content in the form of YouTube embeddings. The iframe frame embeds always has the same textual response. The requirement for a unique text response is not met if there is more than one video embedded on the same page. Possible solutions are being explored to address this issue.

The website uses Chatbot windows that lack a text alternative. The service provider has been asked to fix the fault.

The website has documents whose accessibility does not meet the requirements set. Deficient files will be fixed as soon as possible.

The service contains planning-related PDF files that do not meet all accessibility requirements. Some of the files were published before the law entered into force on September 23, 2018, but there are also defective files that have been published after the date in question. The website has AAA-level defects, as well as contents not compliant with the best practices of accessibility. They are being fixed, to the extent possible, in content production and further development.
There is text not included in the ARIA landmark in the cookie-settings announcements of some theme sites, as well as in open chat and chatbot windows.
