Youth services offer diverse support and individual solutions for young people in Vantaa on their path toward working life.

In youth services, young people in Vantaa receive help and support with:

- job searching and preparing job application documents
- choosing a profession or education path
- considering starting their own business
- identifying and applying for services that promote employment
- managing health and social matters

The goal is either direct employment in the open labor market or, depending on your life situation, first strengthening your readiness for employment or education.
