Cha, cha, cha, what a fan meeting! Catherine and her family's dream came true when they got to meet Käärijä at the picnic.

The group of fans won the meeting in the City of Vantaa’s “Vantaa dresses in green” competition. Just before the picnic, the excitement was at its greatest.
“My heart is beating so fast,” said Catherine on the way.
The fans were met by the laid-back “master of the manor” who warmly welcomed the group, including Jean the cat.
“He's such a sympathetic person”
Soon the fans and Käärijä enjoyed a fun, Vantaa-themed word-explanation game where Käärijä explained the words, while his fans starred as respondents.
The program also included eating picnic treats, Cha cha cha dancing with Kääriä, as well as fan photos and talking.
“He's such a sympathetic person, it’s so great to meet him live.” “A truly fine experience,” Tina put in a nutshell after the meeting.
“It’s fantastic to meet one’s own hero.” “I could play boardgames with him all the time,” said Catherine.
The winners also won close seats at Käärijä’s gig in Louhela Jam.
“We were yelling and singing along with Käärijä.” “It was the best ever!” Anton said.
