Vantaa offers fishing opportunities in Vantaanjoki and Keravanjoki and the city’s outdoor recreation areas in Sipoo, Kirkkonummi and Inkoo.
Boating and the archipelago
The Porslahti marina in Vuosaari has boat docking spots available for rent by Vantaa residents. Additionally, the city-owned recreational areas of Vetokannas in Kirkkonummi and the islands of Krokholmen and Tallholmen in the Sipoo archipelago are freely available for short-term camping. The islands are not handicap accessible and can only be reached by boat. There is no scheduled transport to the islands.

Vantaa's Kuusijärvi
Vantaa's Kuusijärvi is a diverse nature and recreational area in Kuninkaanmäki district in Eastern Vantaa. People come to Kuusijärvi to go to the sauna, swim, hike in nature and relax all year round.
