Korso Youth Centre
At Korso Youth Centre, we offer young people aged 10-17 open youth centre activities and leisure activities free of charge.
Introduction
Korso Youth Centre is located next to Korso Railway Station, in the same building with Lumo Upper Secondary School. Come to the youth centre to participate in many fun activities or just spend time with other young people. Young people aged 15-17 have access to the Lumo gym on a few afternoons a week. Gym users are required to complete the beginner's gym course.
Safer space principles
The City of Vantaa’s youth centers have adopted safer space principles. The principles have been created together with young people. We want everyone to feel that they are safe and welcome in the youth centers. The goal is that nobody be subjected to any form of discrimination, bullying, harassment, or violence. This entails, first and foremost, active measures to prevent the above and intervening in situations where the above occurs.
