Vantaa information
Vantaa is a relaxed international airport city in the middle of the metropolis. It is the fourth biggest city in Finland with more than 237,000 inhabitants.
Environment and nature
Vantaa wants to be a carbon-neutral city where natural resources are used sparingly. As the local environmental authority, Vantaa provides environmental permits and monitors food safety.
Dogs and outdoor activities
Vantaa has 25 dog parks around the city and one dog beach. Vantaa also has three ski tracks for cross-country skiing with a dog. The ski tracks are located in Hakunila, Ruskeasanta and Petikko.
