New career coaching service helps immigrants find jobs and plan their careers
The City of Vantaa has launched Get Work, a project to provide immigrants with one-to-one career coaching in English. Laurea and Metropolia are co-implementing the project. The project will run until 2025.
Vantaa’s summer entrepreneurship programme boosts young people’s confidence in their skills
The Vantaa Summer Entrepreneurship Programme encouraged young people in Vantaa to try entrepreneurship and the viability of their own business idea. In summer 2023, a total of 16 young people aged 15-29 from Vantaa participated in the programme. Each participant received a mentor and €300 to start
