Pähkinärinne Youth Centre
At Pähkinärinne Youth Centre, we offer young people aged 10-17 open youth centre activities and leisure activities free of charge.
Introduction
Pähkinärinne Youth Centre is a living room for young people. It is located in the same premises as Pähkinärinne Library. The library and the youth centre work together to organise activities for young people. The youth centre offers diverse activities based on the young people's wishes. The youth centre includes two pool tables, a ping-pong table, a table football game and several game consoles for young people. The youth centre's kitchen facilities are excellent for cooking.
Safer space principles
The City of Vantaa’s youth centers have adopted safer space principles. The principles have been created together with young people. We want everyone to feel that they are safe and welcome in the youth centers. The goal is that nobody be subjected to any form of discrimination, bullying, harassment, or violence. This entails, first and foremost, active measures to prevent the above and intervening in situations where the above occurs.

- The doors in the facility stand out clearly.
- The facility has a toilet marked as accessible. One or both sides of the toilet seat lack a support rail.
