Apply to be an exhibitor or program producer

If you would like to showcase your organization's activities or services, or offer event visitors, i.e., new residents of Vantaa, an exciting program, you can apply to be an exhibitor at the event's service fair or a producer of the open program.

We hope to receive applications from a wide range of organizations, such as Vantaa City departments, welfare services, and associations.

The main languages of the event are Finnish, Swedish, and English. We will also try to accommodate other languages in the program as far as possible.

You can read more about the Welcome to Vantaa event on the event page.

Why participate?

The event offers an opportunity to:

  • meet new Vantaa residents in a relaxed environment
  • increase awareness of your organization
  • network with other actors
  • be involved in building a community-minded Vantaa that welcomes all new residents.

The event will follow the principles of a safe space. Read about Heureka's principles of a safe space.
