In the new Service Manual, you can find services aimed at job-seekers for employment and studying. You can also find services aimed at employers on the website.

In a colorful environment, people are sitting on sofas, cheerfully chatting with one another.

In the Service Manual, you can independently browse the Employment Services’ offerings and learn more about the services at your own pace. For each service, there is a description of who the service is for and how you can participate in it.

When you find a service that interests you in the Service Manual, you can make a contact request via Job Market Finland’s E-services. Your designated specialist will guide you forward.

How does the Service Manual work?

You can choose the option that best suits your situation on the Service Manual’s home page. On the service search page, you can filter the service offerings in more detail based on, for example, age group, whether the service is subject to a charge or the language of the service.

Registration is not required to use the Service Manual. You can visit the website on your phone, computer or tablet whenever you wish. The website is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
