Day camps are being organized for school children during winter vacation – enrollment starts already in December
The City of Vantaa is arranging sports day camps for elementary school children during the winter vacation week. The available camps have been published, and you can enroll your child starting from December 15.
The City of Vantaa will organize five-day-long sports day camps for 1st–4th graders during the winter vacation from Feb. 16 to Feb. 20, 2026. The camps will be organized all around the city.
During the camps, children will engage in playing, swimming, games, crafts, and outdoor exercise to the extent permitted by weather. The city's sports advisors act as the camp counselors. The camp week costs €45 per child, and the fee includes any trip costs.
For the first time, camp enrollment starts already in December. You can enroll your child in the Vantaaliikunta enrollment system starting from Monday, December 15 at 8:00. The camp places will be filled in the order of enrollment. You can learn more about the camps in advance on the same website.
