The City Board also noted for information an interim report on the city’s functional equality and non-discrimination work. The board approved the plan on 28 February 2022 and requested an interim report on the implementation during the current strategy period.

The functional plan is based on the requirements of the Equality Act and the Non-Discrimination Act. It includes vision-level goals and measures to achieve them.
