ANTI-BULLYING PROCEDURES AT ISV

 

Step 1 - Intervene and Investigate - All Staff

Classroom/ Homeroom teacher receives information either from a student or another teacher about possible bullying.

Classroom/ Homeroom teacher evaluates the situation.

Is there an imbalance of power?

Is it repeated?

If yes to both, move to step 2

If not, this is a conflict that can be resolved with the classroom/ homeroom teacher

 

Step 2 - Classroom/ Homeroom Teacher contacts home 

If you decide that this is a bullying case, all guardians should be notified. Draft a message on what you have learned from the students, following the steps on the next slide.

 

Step 3: Report to the Anti-Bullying Team

In Wilma, send a message to the anti-bullying team that contains the following: 

 A copy of the messages you sent home about the bullying situation.

Other measures you have taken.

Other information not shared with parents that you have found out.

If a Someturva report has been made, what was reported, and what was the response?

We will respond to your message and let you know who is taking the case, and we will contact the families involved.

Kiusaamisen ennaltaehkäisy ISV:ssä – koulumme toimintatavat ja kiusaamisen vastaisen tiimin tukipalvelu

ISV:N KIUSAAMISEN VASTAISET TOIMINTATAVAT

Vaihe 1 – Puutu ja selvitä – Koko henkilökunta

  • Luokanopettaja / luokanvalvoja saa tiedon mahdollisesta kiusaamisesta joko oppilaalta tai toiselta opettajalta.
  • Luokanopettaja / luokanvalvoja arvioi tilanteen:
    • Onko valtasuhteissa epätasapainoa?
    • Onko se toistuvaa?
  • Jos vastaus molempiin on kyllä, siirry vaiheeseen 2.
  • Jos ei, kyseessä on ristiriita, joka voidaan selvittää luokanopettajan / luokanvalvojan kanssa.

Vaihe 2 – Luokanopettaja / luokanvalvoja ottaa yhteyttä kotiin

  • Jos katsot kyseessä olevan kiusaamistapaus, kaikille huoltajille tulee ilmoittaa asiasta. Luonnostele oppilailta saamiisi tietoihin pohjautuva viesti seuraavan dian ohjeiden mukaisesti.

Vaihe 3: Ilmoitus kiusaamisen vastaiselle tiimille Lähetä Wilmassa kiusaamisen vastaiselle tiimille viesti, joka sisältää seuraavat tiedot:

  • Kopio kiusaamistilanteesta kotiin lähettämistäsi viesteistä.
  • Muut toimenpiteet, joihin olet ryhtynyt.
  • Muut selvittämäsi tiedot, joita ei ole jaettu vanhemmille.
  • Jos Someturva-ilmoitus on tehty: mitä ilmoitettiin ja mikä oli vastaus?
  • Vastaamme viestiisi, kerromme tapauksen hoitajan ja otamme yhteyttä kyseisiin perheisiin.
