The Kuusijärvi outdoor gym is located next to the basketball court and the beach volleyball court. The outdoor gym is equipped with David City Line exercise equipment. The gym is available to anyone and no separate reservation is needed.

The route to the outdoor sports area
- The 8 accessible parking spaces are located in the parking area over 100 m from the fitness training park. The width of the parking space is at least 3.6 m.
- The pick-up and drop-off area is located over 100 m from the fitness training park.
- A rough and narrow, and guided fine crushed rock or sand route leads to the fitness training park. The route is illuminated.
- Kuusijärven pysäköintialueelta on useampi kulkureitti ulkokuntosalille. Ulkokuntosali sijaitsee mäen päällä ja kulkureitit ovat osittain kapeita luonnonpolkua kulkevia reittejä.
- There is a steep slope on the passage.

- There are three entrances to the fitness training park. The fitness training equipment is located on artificial turf. The training equipment is not lit.
