Kick-start coaching
Kick-start coaching is primarily meant for 18 - 25-year-old Vantaa residents without a job or a study place.
Introduction
Kick-start coaching is a goal-oriented part-time group activity aimed at young adults. During the coaching, the young person receives individual support and guidance in planning their future towards a place of work and study.

Kick-start coaching takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:00-14:00.

Application period for the next group: 28.1.-18.2.2026
The language used in workshops and kick-start coaching is Finnish. In order to participate, your language skills must be such that you understand the instructions in Finnish.
