Flexible basic education
Flexible basic education allows for studying alternatingly at school and in a workplace. The studies also include excursions, visits to educational institutes, and school camps. The groups have ten students.

The City of Vantaa has the right to transfer incorrectly parked, abandoned, and cleaning-hindering vehicles, as well as scrap vehicles.

The city's sports and fitness services are responsible for the development and organisation of sports and fitness services and maintenance and development of sports facilities.

Fitness services for special groups offer people with a disability, illness or other functional disability opportunities to participate in workout groups.
Etappi operations in Basic education (1-6)
Etappi operations offer strong support for 1st-6th grade students whose behavioural or emotional difficulties or similar challenges prevent schooling or make it essentially more difficult.
