The route to the main entrance

• The accessible parking space is located outdoors under 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking space is at least 3.6 m.
• The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
• The route to the entrance is smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.

The main entrance

• The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
• In connection with the entrance, there are 2 consecutive steps.
• The entrance has a ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on left side when going up.
• The doors connected to the entrance are hard to perceive. The door opens easily manually.
• The entrance has thresholds over 2 cm high.
• The foyer is cramped.

In the facility

• The sports facilities are located on floor 0.
• The indoor walkways have a ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on left side when going up.
• The customer service/cashier's desk is located on the same floor as the entrance.

Dressing room, shower room and sauna

• The dressing rooms are located on the same floor as the entrance.
• The facility does not have an accessible dressing room. The men's/women's dressing rooms must be used instead. The door of the dressing room opens easily manually.
• The dressing room features a dressing bench and sufficient room for an assistant. The numbering of the lockers is clearly legible.
• The shower room is connected to the men's/women's dressing room. The door of the shower room opens easily manually.
• The sauna is connected to the men's/women's dressing room. The door opens easily manually.
• The sauna has room for one wheelchair.

Sports facilities

• In the multipurpose sports facility, you can engage in sports such as aerobics, badminton, dancing, floorball, tennis, yoga.
• The sides of some sports areas/fields have room for storing aids.
• The height of the passageways in the multi-purpose arena is appropriate. There are pillars that pose a risk of collision, however they stand out from the other surfaces through luminance contrast. There are not enough wall sockets and they are not on a suitable height (0.4–1.1 meters). The alarm system (fire alarm) works with a sound signal.

Parasports

• The multi-purpose arena has facilities for a variety of parasports, such as badminton, wheelchair tennis.
• Wheelchair tennis: The passageway to the wheelchair tennis space is at least 1 meter wide and it includes an easily opening door and a high threshold. The tennis ball does not stand out from the wall and the floor through a luminance contrast. Next to the tennis court, there is no room for storage of a regular wheelchair / powerchair. There is no resting place for guide dogs and assistance dogs near the playing field, but there is tranquil place for them elsewhere in the multi-purpose arena.
• Badminton: The passageway to the badminton space is at least 1 meter wide and it includes an easily opening door and a high threshold. Next to the badminton court, there is room for storage of a regular wheelchair / powerchair. There is no resting place for guide dogs and assistance dogs near the playing field, but there is tranquil place for them elsewhere in the multi-purpose arena.
