On Länsimäentie, between Rajakentäntie and Fazerintie, there will be minor changes to the traffic lanes in May 2026
The current traffic lanes on Länsimäentie between Fazerintie and Porvoonväylä will be shifted slightly westward, and the existing lane area will be taken into construction use.
Similarly, the current traffic lanes on Länsimäentie between Porvoonväylä and Maratontie will be shifted eastward, closer to the dog park.
- Work on the traffic lane changes between Porvoonväylä and Maratontie will begin on 21 May 2026.
- Between Fazerintie and Porvoonväylä, the traffic lane changes will be carried out during weeks 24 and 25.
The bus stops located between Rajakentäntie and Fazerintie will be moved a few metres along with the traffic lanes, but they will remain in normal use.
