Stand as a candidate in the Youth Council elections or encourage your friend!
Voting for the Youth Council elections will take place from 3 to 21 November. All young people who turn 13–18 during the election year and whose official municipality of residence is Vantaa can vote and stand for election.
The nomination of candidates for the Youth Council elections starts on September 8 and ends on September 19. You can sign up as a candidate at the elections website.
The youth council supervises the interests of the young and addresses issues important to the young. A maximum of 30 regular members are elected to the Youth Council.
