Working hours at Vantaa light rail construction sites during the Midsummer weekend
Light rail construction workers will take a break for the Midsummer holiday, and there will be very little activity at the worksites from Midsummer Eve, 19 June, to Sunday, 21 June. However, site maintenance staff will make occasional visits, and equipment may be serviced during the break. No planned noisy work is scheduled. On Hakunilantie, the Raudikkopolku pedestrian overpass will be demolished, causing a traffic closure during the night between 21 and 22 June.
Demolition work on the overpasses on Hakunilantie will also continue over the Midsummer weekend. The Raudikkopolku overpass will be demolished during the night between Sunday and Monday, 21–22 June. During the demolition, Hakunilantie will be closed to traffic for four hours, from 23:00 to 03:00.
